Group 5 to 6 Years – Discovery & Fun
(Ages 5 to 6) in Laval, Montreal, the North Shore, St-Eustache, St-Jérôme, and Blainville.
At this age, our main goal is to introduce soccer in a fun way.
The activities focus on motor development, coordination, and confidence.
Activities Offered:
- Simple running games with a ball to learn movement.
- Fun obstacle courses (cones, hoops, mini goals) to develop motor skills.
- Ball control exercises: push, stop, and turn around the ball.
- Mini games 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3 to discover team play.
- “Listen & React” drills to work on attention (red light/green light, follow the coach).
Overall Objective: have fun, stay active, learn to share, and discover the joy of soccer.
