WORKING METHODS:

We must be convinced that sports have a social mission to fulfill: to integrate those who live on the margins of society. It is therefore not enough to simply wait for young people to come flocking in; we must open our doors to them and develop advertising and outreach strategies tailored to their needs. It is important to pay closer attention to young people who do not feel part of society.
HOME
Managing a sport means leading it with a constant focus on the future. Understanding the needs of young people and finding creative, practical, and appropriate solutions—whether athletic, social, or educational—are part of the responsibilities of sports leaders. Promoting soccer means promoting the individual.
Children: This involves a gradual warm-up of the cardiovascular and neuromuscular systems only; it is only later that the warm-up will also play a preventive role from a strictly muscular standpoint—and for good reason, since children are, in theory, not prone to muscle tears, strains, or cramps.

FOUNDER:

Djamal Hebal is our founder and president, recognized for his expertise and passion for soccer. With nearly 40 years of experience in the field, he has always had an eye for young talent and has propelled them to the highest levels.

 

Certified by Soccer Canada, he holds a National A license as well as an ACS youth license. When thinking of Djamal, think of perseverance, passion, high standards, teamwork, and solidarity.
